Harry Stonecipher, Former Vice Chairman, President & CEO, Boeing
Over his long and distinguished career, Mr. Stonecipher, the son of a coal miner, has overseen some of the most ambitious business deals in history.
After orchastrating what at the time was the largest merger in history - between McDonnell Douglas, of which he was President & CEO, and Boeing - Mr. Stonecipher spent nearly a decade at Boeing, where he served as President & COO, Vice Chairman, and finally President and CEO.
Prior to his time at Boeing and McDonnell Douglas, Mr. Stonecipher served as Chairman & CEO of Aerospace manufacturer Sunstrand. Before Sunstrand, he served in various VP positions with General Electric.

Mike L. Jackson, Retired President & COO, Supervalu
Over a distinguished career of over 30 years, Mike rose up the ranks at Supervalu, from various store operations roles in the early 1980’s, to two director positions (marketing, merchandising) to regional vice president, to vice president of marketing, to division president, to regional president, to SVP of the retail business (responsible for $7 billion in revenue), to EVP/President of the wholesale business (responsible for $19 billion in revenue), and finally to President and COO of the entire $42 billion Supervalu company, a position he held from 2005 until his retirement from Supervalu in late 2009. Since retiring, Mike (who now resides in Celebration, FL) has been the President of MLJ Consulting, and a board member on several public and private boards.

Mike Lorelli, former president of Pizza Hut, PepsiCo East; current CEO, Waterjel Technologies
Mr. Lorelli’s 30-year career spans a wide range of consumer products and services and B2B categories, with responsibilities for both domestic and international units. His years as a line-operating manager have largely been with the Fortune 100 companies PepsiCo – where he twice served as division president – and Bristol Myers Squibb. For the last decade, he has served as CEO of several companies, including feminine protection leader Tambrands, Latex International and Strategic Optical Holdings. He is presently CEO of Carlstadt, NJ based WaterJel Technologies, the global leader in burn care products, whose retail clients include CVS, Walgreens and Wal Mart.
Mike’s assignments at PepsiCo included Executive Vice President – Pepsi-Cola North America, President of Pepsi-Cola East, a $1.5 Billion operating company, and President for Pizza Hut’s International division where he led a “global or bust” charge, resulting in expanding the Company’s presence from 68 to 92 countries, surpassing McDonalds in country count. During his PepsiCo tenure, he is given credit for authoring the soft drink company’s “Big Event Marketing” strategy, which coupled the product with leading- edge events in entertainment, sports, consumer electronics, movies and home video.
Lorelli holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering from New York University, and an MBA in Marketing from NYU’s Stern Graduate School of Business. He is an avid runner, an active private pilot, member of The CEO Trust, and author of the childrens’ best-seller “Traveling Again, Dad?” with profits donated to childrens’ charities. He holds a Professional Director Certification from The American College of Corporate Directors, and is also an NACD 2011 Governance Fellow. He is also a registered speaker with Vistage International. He resides in Darien, CT.

Dennis Belcastro, EVP of Supply Chain Affairs and Collaboration at GMA
Denny is Executive Vice President, Industry Affairs and Collaboration at the Grocery Manufacturers Association (GMA) where he is responsible for GMA’s strategic collaboration platforms and key industry initiatives to best serve the Association’s membership. Based in Washington, D.C., GMA is the voice of more than 300 leading food, beverage and consumer product companies (CPG) that sustain and enhance the quality of life for hundreds of millions of people in the United States and around the globe. GMA assist its members to produce safe products through a strong and ongoing commitment to scientific research, testing and evaluation and to provide consumers with the products, tools and information they need to achieve a healthy diet and an active lifestyle. Prior to joining GMA, Denny was Vice President, Customer Development and Industry Affairs for Kraft Foods North America where he was responsible for Kraft’s “First to the Table” integrated focus on customer collaboration and overall business relationships within the industry. In addition, Denny led Kraft’s engagement with corporate initiatives that included customer marketing and supply chain areas of focus. Denny also served as the Executive Director and Tournament Chairman of Kraft Nabisco Championship, the first major on the LPGA tour and one of golf’s crown jewels, where he was responsible for total development and implementation of sales, marketing, media, and all operational aspects of the event. The KNC was Kraft’s premier CEO customer engagement forum for senior executive leadership within the industry. Denny began his career in the food industry in 1976 when he joined Standard Brands in Pittsburgh, PA as field sales representative. During the past thirty-five years, Denny has held several business and customer development and organizational leadership positions with Nabisco and Kraft, including as Vice President, Sales and Customer Logistics for its Direct Store Delivery segment. A native of Aliquippa, PA, Denny holds a bachelor degree in business communication from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania where he majored in integrated communication and was a four-year letterman in intercollegiate baseball, serving as team captain for two years. Denny earned his executive Master of Science degree in business and organizational communication at Northwestern University. Denny and his wife Marsha make their home in a Chicago suburb and have three adult children.

Roger Davidson is widely recognized by retailers and the financial community as a leading authority on the food and supermarket industries, having culled 30 years of experience working for a diverse group of companies that include Wal-Mart Stores Inc., H.E.B. Food/Drug, SUPERVALU, Wild Oats, and Ahold USA. As President of his own advisory firm, Roger Davidson Associates LLC, he currently counsels over 200 clients, ranging from retailers to investment managers in the U.S. and Europe, on strategic acquisitions, product development, private label, marketing, merchandising and supply chain efficiencies. Previously, Mr. Davidson served as Wal-Mart’s Senior Vice President, Global Food Sourcing, and SUPERVALU’s Chief Operating Officer/Retail. He also served as Ahold’s Senior Vice President of Non Perishables, Corporate Brands and Global Sourcing and spent two years as Senior Vice President, Marketing and Merchandising with Wild Oats. He spent nearly 31 years with H.E.B. Food/Drug in various VP and Director roles overseeing food procurement, marketing and retail management. Davidson holds a BBA in Accounting and an MBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin. He and his family currently reside in Oakton, Virginia.

Gary Abrahams, Founder and former Chairman & CEO, ExecuStay by Marriott
Mr. Abrahams began his career in 1975 as a Certified Public Accountant with the "Big Eight" international accounting firm of Ernst and Ernst specializing in Saving and Loans and Insurance industries. In 1983 Mr. Abrahams co-founded Horizon Financial Corporation as a wholesale lender organization. The company grew to the largest residential lender in the Savings and Loan industry in 1986 with loan originations in excess of $1.8 billion dollars and loan servicing portfolio in excess of $4 billion. In 1987 Mr. Abrahams as CEO-President and Chairman of the Board co-founded ExecuStay Corporation of America. The Company pioneered the Corporate Housing industry as it is known today. The Company completed a successful public offering in 1997 and began trading on the NASDAQ exchange. The company completed 11 successful acquisitions subsequent to going public over an 18-month period growing revenue from $50 million to in excess of $150 million annually. The Company conducted business in 45 states, Great Britain and Canada. The Company's internal growth rate excluding acquisitions exceeded 25% in all quarters for both sales revenue and net income. In 1999 Marriott International tendered for the Company's stock. From 1999 to 2002 Mr. Abrahams remained as CEO and President of ExecuStay by Marriott reporting directly to the President of Marriott International. During his tenure revenue grew from $160 million to over $275 million.

Mr. Cloeter has more than 25 years of experience in sales and merchandising. Prior to founding Impulse Marketing Company in 2002, Cameron worked for several companies including Masterfoods USA (Director of Sales), Time Warner (Vice President of Sales & Marketing), Source Interlink (Executive Vice President - Sales and Marketing) and Viacom (Vice President of Sales). During his 25 year career, he amassed expertise in brand marketing, sales management and go to market planning/execution. Todd Mezrah is the Chief Executive Officer of Mezrah Consulting, a national corporate finance firm based in Tampa, Florida. Todd is responsible for the firm's vision, growth, strategic and technology initiatives. The firm has alsodeveloped a national Bank Practice servicing financial institutions across the country in creating and evaluating their existing investment portfolios and providing executive and Board of Director benefit expertise.
