Tal J. Zlotnitsky, Chairman & CEO
The Chairman and CEO of iControl is the creative mind and the vision behind the company's model. Having worked in the family business of newspaper and magazine distribution since he was 13, T.J. has been immersed in business for nearly 25 years. He was among the featured CEO in a Reedlogic video series on management, and was the subject of a Washington Business Journal article on inspiring young leaders. Along with brother Sean, T.J. and iControl were featured in Washington CEO magazine, where he predicted in 2006 that the company would more than triple sales and hit nearly $100 million in sales in 2008, a goal the company met. He is a well-known leader in industry circles who is often invited to speak in forums and conferences, including before the American Association of Independent News Distributors, Periodical & Book Association of America, Newspaper Association of America, the Independent Press Association and the New England Association of Circulation Executives. His opinions on business, politics and society have been published in The New York Times, Washington Post, USA Today, and St. Petersburg Times. T.J. is a graduate of the University of Maryland. He is married to Maria, a Federal attorney, and has three children and a step-son. He is a resident of Trinity, FL.

Sean Zlotnitsky, Vice Chairman & President
The President of iControl Systems USA, Sean Zlotnitsky is an experienced leader with over 20 years of senior management experience. Sean served as an officer in the Israeli military in the Intelligence branch, where he developed a system for activating reserve troops in an emergency for which won the Joint Chief of Staff's commendation. Sean went on to graduate summa cum laude from the University of Maryland, where he received three degrees in Accounting, Finance and Computer Sciences, with a specialty in software engineering. Sean's expertise in process and logistics management had enabled him to develop many of iControl's operational protocols for processes varying from document warehousing to AP research & analysis. As company's vice chairman, Sean is deeply involved in conceptualizing the company's strategic direction, working hand in hand with his brother T.J. Sean is the primary architect of the iControl System, writing much of its original code. Sean is married to Limor, and has three beautiful children. He resides in Rockville, MD.

Gary Abrahams, former Chairman & CEO, ExecuStay by Marriott
Mr. Abrahams began his career in 1975 as a Certified Public Accountant with the "Big Eight" international accounting firm of Ernst and Ernst specializing in Saving and Loans and Insurance industries. In 1983 Mr. Abrahams co-founded Horizon Financial Corporation as a wholesale lender organization. The company grew to the largest residential lender in the Savings and Loan industry in 1986 with loan originations in excess of $1.8 billion dollars and loan servicing portfolio in excess of $4 billion. In 1987 Mr. Abrahams as CEO-President and Chairman of the Board co-founded ExecuStay Corporation of America. The Company pioneered the Corporate Housing industry as it is known today. The Company completed a successful public offering in 1997 and began trading on the NASDAQ exchange. The company completed 11 successful acquisitions subsequent to going public over an 18-month period growing revenue from $50 million to in excess of $150 million annually. The Company conducted business in 45 states, Great Britain and Canada. The Company's internal growth rate excluding acquisitions exceeded 25% in all quarters for both sales revenue and net income. In 1999 Marriott International tendered for the Company's stock. From 1999 to 2002 Mr. Abrahams remained as CEO and President of ExecuStay by Marriott reporting directly to the President of Marriott International. During his tenure revenue grew from $160 million to over $275 million.

John M. D'Aloia, Chief Marketing Officer
Mr. D'Aloia is an executive with over 30 years of experience in the periodical distribution business. He is the Chief Marketing Officer of iControl. Prior to joining iControl in 2007, Mr. D'Aloia had been Senior Vice President of Marketing, for media company Source Interlink. Previous executive positions included 12 years in senior positions with the Hearst Distribution Group, a division of Hearst Magazines and 14 years at Time Distribution Services/People Magazine, both divisions of Time Warner. In his role as CMO at iControl, Mr. D'Aloia oversees the company's retail strategic initiatives, and manages the company's outside sales staff, and on-site account management team. John is married to Nancy, a R.N., and has 2 grown children. He is a resident of Naples, FL

Nancy Green, former Group President, Lee Enterprises
Ms. Green is a top-level executive with more than 20 years of newspaper management experience at corporate and operating level with Gannett Company, Inc. and Lee Enterprises, rising to divisional President and serving as the Circulation Federation President at NAA. Nancy brings strong online experience, successful experience leading news, advertising, circulation, production and financial operations. For two decades, Nancy has been a highly-visible, active member and leader in the newspaper industry and an active member of the community. Her professional newspaper experiences demonstrate significant, innovative, change oriented, technology facilitated leadership across multiple newspaper departments and operations. This dynamic includes strategic planning, marketing, branding, department reorganization, operation revitalization and, implementation of new technologies to achieve efficiencies. Examples at Lee include creating profitable new publications and online entities, designing and delivering online training for staffers locally, across the company, in person and by webinar for industry-wide training. Nancy enjoyed Wall Street recognized circulation successes at Lee and is among the most respected executives in the newspaper circulation world.

Gordon Bloom, CIO (Retired), RPS/Fed Ex Ground; Adjunct Professor, VCU
Mr. Bloom recently retired from the Washington Post Company, where he was Director of Circulation Planning and Operations, which included oversight of the company's Circulation Systems Group. He is presently an adjunct professor at Virginia Commonwealth University. Prior to his time at the Washington Post, Mr. Bloom served as Senior Director of Information Technology at Capital One; as Director of Worldwide Application Development, Purchases and Support at Gateway Computers; and 12 years at RPS/Fed Ex Ground, including the final 9 as Corporate Vice President and CIO. Mr. Bloom was among the founding team at RPS. Mr. Bloom is married and has two grown children.

Bill Harris, Chief Operating Officer
As COO, Bill plays an especially valuable role in creating the proper "flow and links" between different tasks, operations, and departments of the company. Bill is deeply involved in improving the quality of the team and the results it produces through coaching, trouble-shooting, project-planning, and problem-solving. Bill has held management and executive level positions in technology and financial services companies, including Merrill Lynch, Sylvan Learning Systems, and played a key role in the evolution of AOL/Time Warner's Advertising.com unit. Bill graduated cum laude from Harvard College with a degree in economics. Bill is married with two lovely daughters, and resides in Columbia, MD.

William Mansfield, President & CEO, VIP International; former Chairman of GMDC [ E-Mail ]
Mr. Mansfield brings 28 years of experience in the retail grocery/drug business. In addition to serving as the Chairman of GMDC, Bill served as Vice President/General Merchandise at a number of grocery chains, including Harris Teeter, Marsh Supermarkets, and Pueblo International in Puerto Rico; and Director of Non-Foods Merchandising at Tom Thumb in Texas. Bill earned a BA from North Texas State University, and served honorably in the United States Marines for 6 years. He presently is President & CEO of VIP International, which is a consulting company providing services to manufacturers, distributors and retailers. Mr. Mansfield is married and has two grown children.

Cameron Cloeter, President, Impulse Marketing
Mr. Cloeter has more than 25 years of experience in sales and merchandising. Prior to founding Impulse Marketing Company in 2002, Cameron worked for several companies including Masterfoods USA (Director of Sales), Time Warner (Vice President of Sales & Marketing), Source Interlink (Executive Vice President - Sales and Marketing) and Viacom (Vice President of Sales). During his 25 year career, he amassed expertise in brand marketing, sales management and go to market planning/execution. Cameron leverages his knowledge and experience to help clients build in-store merchandising programs that achieve incremental/measurable results. Mr. Cloeter is married and has two children.

John J. Lee, SVP/Operations, U.S. Security Associates
Mr. Lee has had an exemplary career in retail loss prevention and physical security with a broad range of retail store operations and management experience, including over 20 years at CVS, 11 years at Publix as Director of Los Prevention, and the past 5 years as Vice President of Loss Prevention and Operations at U.S. Security Associates, the 4th largest uniformed security company in the world. While at Publix, John designed, implemented, and executed a comprehensive loss control program for that significantly contributed to the 406 basis point gain in gross profit the company realized between 1994 and 2004. John Initiated a loss prevention program for Standard Drug Company, which contributed to first year net earnings improvement of 460 basis points. He restored credibility to Peoples Drug Stores (now CVS CareMark) loss prevention and security functions through leadership, motivation, professional development, and goal oriented performance measures. He Developed an intense shortage control program for 36 high-shrink Washington, D.C. inner-city locations, which contributed to an 800 basis point improvement to net profit in the targeted stores. Mr. Lee is married and has two grown children.

Jim joined iControl in 2008, bringing with him a wealth of successful senior management experience with a Fortune 500 retailer, A&P. His executive responsibilities ranged across the disciplines of General Management in Marketing, Sales Development, General Merchandise, Health and Beauty Care, Private Label Grocery, and Direct Store Delivery. He also served with the Magazine Publishers Alliance Retail Advisory Council. Jim's insightful, analytical creation of targeted measures of our clients' category progress improve their sales and margin success as they advance to Scan Based Trading. He is a graduate of Villanova University, and resides in Florida.

Ron Sklon, President, Sklon & Associates
Mr. Sklon has consulted for numerous newspaper and magazine publishers including Tribune, Dow Jones, and Hachette. Prior to starting Sklon & Associates in 2002, Mr. Sklon had been Executive Vice President of Warner Publisher Services, a Time Warner Company, which at the time was the largest national distributor of book and magazines. While there, Sklon was on the Board of Directors of the International Periodicals Distributors Association (IPDA) and was a founding member of MPA's Magazine Retail Advisory Committee (MRAC). Ron is the CEO of Sklon & Associates a consultant to publishers and manufacturers. Mr. Sklon is married and has two grown children as well as three beautiful grandchildren.
