Tal J. Zlotnitsky, Chief Executive Officer
The Chairman and CEO of iControl is the creative mind and the vision behind the company's model. Having worked in the family business of newspaper and magazine distribution since he was 13, T.J. has been immersed in business for nearly 25 years. He was among the featured CEO in a Reedlogic video series on management, and was the subject of a Washington Business Journal article on inspiring young leaders. Along with brother Sean, T.J. and iControl were featured in Washington CEO magazine, where he predicted in 2006 that the company would more than triple sales and hit nearly $100 million in sales in 2008, a goal the company met. He is a well-known leader in industry circles who is often invited to speak in forums and conferences, including before the American Association of Independent News Distributors, Periodical & Book Association of America, Newspaper Association of America, the Independent Press Association and the New England Association of Circulation Executives. His opinions on business, politics and society have been published in The New York Times, Washington Post, USA Today, and St. Petersburg Times. T.J. is a graduate of the University of Maryland. He is married to Maria, a Federal attorney, and has three children and a step-son. He is a resident of Trinity, FL.

Sean Zlotnitsky, President
The President of iControl Systems USA, Sean Zlotnitsky is an experienced leader with over 20 years of senior management experience. Sean served as an officer in the Israeli military in the Intelligence branch, where he developed a system for activating reserve troops in an emergency for which won the Joint Chief of Staff's commendation. Sean went on to graduate summa cum laude from the University of Maryland, where he received three degrees in Accounting, Finance and Computer Sciences, with a specialty in software engineering. Sean's expertise in process and logistics management had enabled him to develop many of iControl's operational protocols for processes varying from document warehousing to AP research & analysis. As company's vice chairman, Sean is deeply involved in conceptualizing the company's strategic direction, working hand in hand with his brother T.J. Sean is the primary architect of the iControl System, writing much of its original code. Sean is married to Limor, and has three beautiful children. He resides in Rockville, MD.

Bill Harris, Chief Operating Officer
As COO, Bill plays an especially valuable role in creating the proper "flow and links" between different tasks, operations, and departments of the company. Bill is deeply involved in improving the quality of the team and the results it produces through coaching, trouble-shooting, project-planning, and problem-solving. Bill has held management and executive level positions in technology and financial services companies, including Merrill Lynch, Sylvan Learning Systems, and played a key role in the evolution of AOL/Time Warner's Advertising.com unit. Bill graduated cum laude from Harvard College with a degree in economics. Bill is married with two lovely daughters, and resides in Columbia, MD.

John M. D'Aloia, Chief Marketing Officer
Mr. D'Aloia is an executive with over 30 years of experience in the periodical distribution business. He is the Chief Marketing Officer of iControl. Prior to joining iControl in 2007, Mr. D'Aloia had been Senior Vice President of Marketing, for media company Source Interlink. Previous executive positions included 12 years in senior positions with the Hearst Distribution Group, a division of Hearst Magazines and 14 years at Time Distribution Services/People Magazine, both divisions of Time Warner. In his role as CMO at iControl, Mr. D'Aloia oversees the company's retail strategic initiatives, and manages the company's outside sales staff, and on-site account management team. John is married to Nancy, a R.N., and has 2 grown children. He is a resident of Naples, FL

Gilad Keren, Chief Technology Officer
Gilad Keren, as the company's CTO, is responsible for all system and technical functions and activities - from R&D, to Architecture and infrastructure planning, to business continuity and information management. In addition to maintaining the current information technology systems, Gilad is responsible for planning, designing, deploying, and supporting the technical components of all company initiatives. Gilad and his staff of four work closely with other departments, especially marketing and business development, in order to formulate a coherent vision of features, upgrades and solutions. Prior to joining iControl in 2005,Gilad worked for Current News Company, a distributor of printed media, where he was an IT director. Gilad served in the Israeli Navy for 3 years in the information technology unit of Israel's largest Navy base. He received an honorable certificate of achievement from the Navy Chief Command. Gilad earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland. He is married to Tali, and the father of two girls and a boy. He resides in Rockville, MD.

Mindy Yu, Senior Vice President, Finance
Mindy Yu is Senior Vice President of Finance. She is responsible for all accounting and finance operations and staff, as well as the Human Resource department. Prior to joining iControl, Mindy held a similar position at Current News Company, where she began as a staff accountant in 2001. Mindy holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Xiamen in China and a Master's degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland.

Mike Hughes, Vice President of Operations
Mike's Hughes has an extensive background as a seasoned sales executive with VP/Director experience in Marketing, Distribution and Administration. Mike joined iControl in early 2010 and currently supervises the company's data integrity and customer service departments. Mike's experience extends to both publishing and wholesaling. He spent 25 years with The Baltimore Sun, where his responsibilities included serving as Home Delivery Director, State Retail Manager and the Administrative Circulation Manager. In 2005, Mike accepted a position as Regional Manager with Publisher's Circulation Fulfillment (PCF), the nation's largest home delivery agency. Mike was then recruited by T.J. Zlotnitsky in 2006 to join NewsOne, at the time the newspaper wholesale agency that was co-owned by the Zlotnitskys. While with NewsOne Mike was the VP of Administration and coordinated efforts between Retailers, Publishers and Distributors. Mike is a graduate of the Times Mirror Leadership program, The American Press Institute and is a published NNA author on the Newspaper Agent Distribution System. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Towson University. Mike is married and lives with his wife of 20 years, Laura, and their daughter Taylor, in Lutherville MD.

Elizabeth Maly, Vice President of Sales & Marketing
Elizabeth joined iControl in June 2010. Ms. Maly brings extensive experience and strong relationships extending back to her days as an executive at Dow Jones, and prior to that at Investor’s Business Daily (IBD). After graduating from Purdue University, Elizabeth accepted a position as a Circulation Coordinator with IBD in 1998. She rapidly rose through the ranks at Investor’s Daily, receiving 3 promotions over the course of the following four years, to Circulation Supervisor, Operations Supervisor, and finally to Midwest Regional Manager. In 2002, she was recruited by and accepted a position as a Regional Manager for Single Copy sales with Dow Jones & Company, publisher of the Wall Street Journal and Barrons. While at Dow Jones, Elizabeth was the recipient of the Dow Jones Annual Special Recognition Award in 2003. In November 2006, Maly followed her former superior at Dow Jones, Judy Berman, to the Chicago Tribune, initially as a Retail Sales Development Manager, before being promoted in December 2008 to her current position. She has been the recipient of several awards while at the Tribune, including the Chicago Tribune Special Achievement Award in 2007, and the Chicago Tribune Publisher Team Award 2007 and 2008.

Chris Brasse, Group Vice President
With over 17 years in Publishing and Distribution, Chris has a solid background to ensure iControl meets the needs of our Retailers, Publishers, and Distributors. His background includes serving in management positions at the USA TODAY (Circulation Director), Tribune (Single Copy Sales Manager), and Trader Publications (National Circulation Manager). He understands the core values of the newspaper industry and the challenges it faces. He has led local/National Training programs and received several awards in the areas of human capital development, business development, and revenue/sales growth. He has worked with local and National retail chains to design and implement custom sales programs. At Tribune, Chris assisted in the development, advertising, budgeting, and distribution of new titles that generated over $5 Million in revenue. At Trader, ge designed and led a national team to improve positioning for all Trader titles. At iControl, Chris oversees the relationship and staff involved in serving clients such as Safeway, Kroger, Stop & Shop and Hess. Chris graduated Cum Laude from Radford University with a degree in Criminal Justice. He is married to Amy, and has three children.

Anthony D. Cannady, Group Vice President
Anthony has more than 35 years of experience in the periodical distribution industry in key management positions. After a long and distinguished career at Aramark, where he oversaw the company's Washington DC newspaper operation for over 20 years, Anthony joined Hearst and later The Washington Times. He became an executive at Current News Company in 1999, and in 2007 became the company's Chief Executive Officer, overseeing a company with annual sales of $25 million, a staff of over 700 in 11 states, 6 distribution centers, and the delivery of magazines and books to thousands of retail outlets. In 2007 he also became co Chief Executive of NewsOne, a newspaper distribution company based in Greenbelt, MD that is part-owned by the Current Companies. In 2009, Anthony joined iControl, where he is responsible to several key accounts including Rite Aid. Anthony is married to Alice, and is the father of two.

Michael Proebstle, Group Vice President
Mike has 30+years experience in the newspaper industry in key circulation management positions. After graduating from Rutgers University in 1978, Mike went to work at the Courier-Post in Cherry Hill New Jersey. His career has taken him across the country working for Florida Today,the St Petersburg (FL) Times, the Detroit Newspaper Agency (The Detroit News and Detroit Free Press), the San Diego Union-Tribune and most recently Philadelphia Newspapers (The Philadelphia Inquirer and Philadelphia Daily News) where he was VP/Circulation. Mike has held virtually every position in the circulation business and cites single copy sales as one of the most enjoyable aspects of the newspaper business. His experience with newspapers and the various aspects of single copy sales such as draw management, retailing and merchandising, billing and the use of data to drive single copy sales growth make him uniquely qualified to support iControl's clients. He is married and a father of two.
