We created iControl IR because we believe the adage that Information is powerful, but we know from experience that it is only valuable if it can be accessed easily, comprehensively, and provide opportunity for action.
IR is a comprehensive, intuitive, and extraordinarily powerful database that keeps track of every facet of every transaction managed by iControl. The database is large enough to maintain information from any date, or range of dates. There are over 60,000 combinations of variables that can be plugged by users into the system to see data from different angles.
iControl is also unique in that we provide access to data to suppliers and to publishers or manufacturers (each party can see theirs only).
The concept behind our broader access strategy is to capture one of the promising benefits of Scan-Based-Trading: The combining of the product intelligence, market know-how, and drive to grow the business of all supply chain partners.
