The iControl team is a carefully-assembled, diverse group of men and women who are experts in the fields of technology, retailing, wholesaling, accounting & finance, loss prevention, merchandising, and marketing.  Our staff interacts with one another, our clients, and suppliers, in order to balance the delicate echo system that makes up the typical landscape of a client’s business.  Our organizational structure encourages ingenuity at all facets of our business and from any direction – up, down and sideways.  We believe in developing our team and promoting from within as much as possible while at the same time, we recognize that “a fresh set of eyes” every now and then are important to any innovative business to guard against the quiet corrosion of groupthink.
